  Thanks so much Cindy!  I am getting stronger each day and now able to move my ankle.  Can't put weight on it.  Doctor gave me authorization to go to the gym so I'm very happy to work upper body and my left leg.  Hope to be out on the bike early in April and plan on doing the Rwanda 25 mile - mentoring a group through it.
